We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Our credit card payments are processed through secure servers. You may also contact us by phone if you do not feel secure with ordering online or via email at sales@ittybittyladybug.com.

TAX
Purchases shipped to Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most purchases are shipped from our Florida location by US Postal Service Priority Mail delivery and take 2-5 business days to recieve once shipped.  Email notification will be sent when a package is shipped by US Postal Service.  Most items that are drop shipped will be sent by UPS and an email is usually sent to confirm shipment.  Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays. In the event there is a delay in your order we will notify you via email. Note: Some items are sent direct from our suppliers and may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

STANDARD DELIVERY/HANDLING CHARGES
All shipments under $99 are charged the rate based on our shipping table below. For orders over $99 we are offering *FREE STANDARD SHIPPING*.  The free shipping offer is not applicable with other discount offers or does not apply to surchages.

**These rates are for shipping in the continental United States.  Excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  When the free shipping promotion is not available orders over $99.01 will be shipped at a flat rate of $25.00 for shipping in the continental United States. 

GIFT BOX & WRAPPING
Our gift packaging includes lime green wrapping paper with a white grosgrain ribbon. It also includes a handwritten note with your personal message on our signature gift card. Gift Box & Wrapping is $4.50 per box. Some oversized and drop-shipped items cannot be gift-packaged (this includes diaper bags).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return the item in brand new condition for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. We will accept returns up to 14 days from when they were shipped to you.  Your credit card will be credited for the full amount less the initial shipping charges to you, this also applies if you receive the Free Shipping Offer.  For example, if your order is in the amount of $200.00, your account will be credited $200.00 MINUS the $25.00 shipping fee or the actual shipping costs whichever amount is less.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred to ship merchandise back to ittybittyladybug.com. 

After 14 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange.  We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.  * The only non-refundable items at ittybittyladybug.com are the personalized and custom orders (this also includes crib bedding, all Oopsy Daisy and Studio Avo artwork and all personalized items). To return an item, merchandise must be in the same condition and packaging as it was when received. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and reason for return and ship it to the following address:

We do not keep your email addresses or details for any pupose other than to contact you regarding an order or alert you of our special prices. Your details are not sold or passed on to any third party.

Credit card numbers

Ittybittyladybug.com does not store credit card numbers after transactions have been processed. Your credit card numbers are encrypted through a secure socket layer for security puposes. 

Fraud Prevention

We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized.  Generally, we require all orders to be shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card.  We also impose other methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available to us associated with online shopping.  In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date and time is collected.
